The Most Exhausted I Have Ever Been.

I am guessing I will eat these words once we have a child, but up until this point in my life I don't think I have ever been as exhausted as I was on Saturday.  Not even after my own wedding.  Friday the hubby and I were on our feet almost non-stop for 12+ hours.  And it was a blast!  But never have I been more exhausted.

We shot a good friend's wedding on Friday.  It was so special to not only be a part of their big day, but it was fun to be the ones capturing their big day.  And let me tell you, I have a new found respect for those who are full time wedding photographers (cough cough I mean you Katelyn!)

If I haven't mentioned it by now, (only here and here) my hubby is an amazing photographer!  We make a great team working on things like this.  I am the details person so I take care of the logistics, etc. and he takes great pictures.  I take pictures too, but my usual method is take as many as I can and Britt will use some of them and make them pretty.

On Friday, we got to watch Scott & Ashley say I Do and commit to a lifetime together.  I've known Scott for a long time.  I went to college & was roommates with his brother.  I remember back when Scott was just an annoying kid brother.  Now he is all grown up with A WIFE!  CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAZY!!!  Ashley is a total sweetheart and it has been so much fun getting to know her.   Here are just a few of some of their gorgeous wedding photos.  (And a shameless plug for Facebook likes if you want to see more!)

Thank goodness this was a Friday wedding!  It took Saturday and Sunday to feel like a human being again.  I napped Saturday afternoon and was in bed by 9:00pm.  Yup.  Rocking Saturday night.  Sunday there was some cleaning up around the house and getting ready to go back to work today.  But there was also a lot of this.

Hope you all head a great weekend!
