Oh, How Pinteresting: Work Out



Maybe it was all the yummy turkey I ate over the weekend (btw Happy Thanksgiving everybody!), or maybe it was taking family pictures and getting a big fat (literally) dose of reality about how big I have gotten but I have made the long overdue decision that it is time to get back into shape.  I used to be at the gym 4-5 days a week.  Now I am sitting on the couch, stuffing my face and having one too many glasses of wine during the week.  Or I've yo-yo dieted and we all know how well that goes.  It's been fun, but it's time to find the balance again.

Plus, if I put it out there in the bloggy world, then I you to hold me accountable, right?  Right.  So, I've been pinning work outs.  I'm not waiting for the New Year to make a resolution, I've started now.  I've worked out the last 2 days (yay!) and will get in at least 2 more work outs this week.
